Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes and no; there are no setup fees but delivery fees are added for rentals 25+ miles from our warehouse. Remember prices do not include tax.

Yes we will only make deliveries with orders over $100.

We typically delivery between 7 am and noon. Most deliveries are made 1-5 hrs prior to event start time. Pickups typically begin at 4 pm or earlier during daylight savings. During busy months we may deliver as early as 6 am and pickups may last until 11 pm. Per occasion we may deliver the day before as well as pickup the day after. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT THE PRICE. We always send confirmation text or call with estimated delivery times.

Yes, the lessee listed as the reservation holder must be present at the time of delivery.

Yes and no. We are licensed and insured company but do not deliver to all parks. Check the parks vendor list or ask us prior to making a reservation. Most parks do not provide power and it is you responsibility to rent or supply your own generator. We rent generators for these occasions.

Yes. The blower keeps the unit inflated and must be on the entire time. We supply heavy duty electric cords and require an outlet within 100ft (for smaller units) or 50ft (for larger units). The blowers use very little power and are extremely cheap to run.

Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due the day of reservation. The remaining balance is due the day before delivery.

We have many units that range in size. We ask you have a 4ft or larger gate opening. All our items have dimensions below each picture. Be sure to measure accordingly. Please be sure to have the AREA NEEDED to fit the inflatable you choose. Large water slides require a greater area of clearance.

All units must be placed on a flat surface and grass is preferred. We ARE NOT responsible for terrain damage due to equipment. (I.E. dead grass, sod) We DO NOT setup on the beach. We can also setup on most surfaces (concrete, pavers, dirt, gym floors, etc.) as long as it is a smooth surface no sharp edges. Please be sure to let us know which surface we will be setting up on so we can bring the proper equipment to protect our units. Any wet inflatable setup on dirt will be charged $30 fee.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over time. If this happens please inform us immediately. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. use of silly string) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign our rental agreement and operator rules so that you can be the trained operator. 

Yes. We typically use your residential power for the blowers and you are responsible for the water and hose for our wet units. We rent generators for situations with no power.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

We take the highest pride in our rentals and always rent clean units. Every unit is blown/ sprayed out, disinfected, and vacuumed before each and every rental. We disinfect each unit with Odoban that kills everything from influenza (FLU), Staff, MRSA, HIV, Salmonella, and E. Coli.
